Property prices in Seoul

I think one of the reasons for building a satellite town in the Seoul metropolitan area is to lower housing prices in the capital, particularly in the premium residential district of Gangnam. But the recent selection of Dongtan as the site for the construction is threatening to raise apartment prices in Gangnam, instead of lowering them. So I think the culprit is the government's failure to meet demands from apartment purchasers. The government has reneged on its promise to build a satellite town comparable to Bundang, a town on the outskirts of Seoul, to which many Gangnam residents moved years ago. Also construction companies cannot build high-end apartments at the prices set by the government, which aims to lower housing prices by reducing construction costs. As a result, apartment prices in Gangnam are rebounding despite the "tax bombs" raining on those holding apartments priced at 600 million won or higher. I think the government will have to take remedial measures as soon as possible if it wishes to avoid a frenzy of speculation in Gangnam similar to the one the land purchases in Pangyo, a satellite now under construction, touched off two years ago.
Also, I live in kangnam-gu now. The value of the house too expensive for kangnam-gu. Later, when I bought a house, I don't know if I can really buy a house. Buying a house in Kangnam-gu 45 years it would take is about time. There is also this joke. When married and buying a house, seems to be a lot of worry. As soon as possible, I hope real problem is resolved.

  3. Maybe, there are still a lot of problems in land of Gangnam-gu. I don't matter why Gangnam-gu is so expensible. I think others are more convenient for living.kk
