Policy of design seoul

I think clean and design of seoul plan is good. This plan looks like it was made for citizens. Acutally I think seoul is very dirty and complicated. Also, other place stinks. So I think it should resolve. And many foreigners visit Korea. In order to improve the image of Korea, policy of design seoul is necessary.

Also, I think seoul taxi color is difficult to distinguish. Taxi color changed plan is one of the best things. So I will easily hold a taxi, accidents will be reduced.

And design seoul is so beautiful. Because I often go to the Han-river with my girlfreind. Then we ride a bike, watching the landscape. Eliminated a lot of garbage around the Han River. Always we feel clean and beautiful.

And I think all streets were wider and cleaner. So we are easy to walk the street.
Public telephone booths, street lights, manholes, signs, street trees, signage.ect improved I am comfortable and easy walking and buildings can be found easily.


On the other hand, I think policy of design seoul has many problem.
Once policy of design seoul spent a lot of money and they didn't invested in the sewer. So the flood occurred. I was a victim. We flooded the neighborhood. At that time, disconnected electricity and water at home so I suffered a big inconvenience and really amazed.


As a result, I think policy of design Seoul is good project but they will be solved the problem.

Four Rivers Project

We discussed about a presentation of four rivers project,  But I was not interested in any of the four rivers project. So think about the four rivers project. Once explain simply, four rivers project of the Nakdong river, the Han river, Geum river, Yeongsan river in Korea is to develop project. To clean polluted river and river is a beautifully decorated project. Also, when the rainless season, always ensure sufficient clean water to the river is dropping project.

The advantages of four rivers project is flood prevention, rising water quality, drought solving,  the Grand Canal outpost construction, make the construction jobs,  to invest 22 trillion won of government taxes stimulate the economy and construction of various tourist attraction and so on.

The disadvantage of four rivers project is flood prevention is not practical, 22 trillion won investment is a huge waste of budget and the maintenance of four rivers project that tourist attraction is not significantly increased. As a result, advantages and disadvantages of the four rivers business and opinion is opposed.

I am not in favor, opposed position. However, because it is already advanced projects, economically and environmentally become developed. Above all, I hope solving the water shortage.

Over fishing

Last time I leaned about overfishing.
Before hearing Morgan's presentation I didn't know about over fishing. I gained valuable information.
But actually I'm not interested in World Ocean problem before Morgan's presentation.
However, over fishing photos and articles I realized a serious problem.
I learned many fishing ways direct impacts in the ocean.
Also these methods have a large impact our ocean ecosystem.
 If we can not live in balance with the ocean.


Therefore, measures are urgently needed.
I have a strong legal responsibilities and restrictions are deemed necessary.
Government can strogly control how fishermen get fish and season of catching.
If we care about overfishing more we’re given higher quality fish and cheaper than now I think.
Because ecosystem has a big influence to our life.
